This notice describes how the quote form on this website handles the information you submit.

What you provide

The form collects your name, company, email, phone number, project details, unit specifications, notes and any drawings or files you choose to attach. Please include only information needed for your quote.

How your request is used

Your submission and attachments are stored to support your quote request and follow-up. When automatic email delivery is connected, the request and attachments are also sent to the T.C. IG sales inbox through the website’s email service. The confirmation screen tells you if an additional email or phone call is needed.

Access and storage

Saved requests are available through a restricted staff screen. This website does not currently apply an automatic deletion period to quote requests. Contact T.C. IG to discuss retention or request access, correction or removal of your submission.
